Honoring Canada’s first National Day for Truth and Reconciliation

Petrospec Engineering is marking the first National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, on Thursday September 30th, by making a donation to the Cold Lake Native Friendship Centre Society and the Wood Buffalo Wellness Society. The Cold Lake Native Friendship Society acts as a cultural support service for local indigenous and non-indigenous people to access family, addictions, food and housing services. The Wood Buffalo Wellness Society provides support for addiction treatment and housing to individuals and families, focusing their efforts towards Indigenous communities, reconciliation, and wellness.

We encourage our employees and all Canadians to learn more about Truth and Reconciliation with resources available from the Government of Canada and the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada’s Calls to Action.
